GWOB has been a program of the School Factory since January of 2011. SF has supported the overhead of employment paperwork, dealing with sponsorship, and much of the other infrastructure. Many of the aspects of the Acceleration model require that GWOB be its own legal entity. We've known this would be the case eventually, and are excited to continue the development of Geeks Without Bounds.
The current objective is to get the assets transfered to the new legal entity, or to negotiate fees for continuing support.
