membership app and liabilty waivers

Since we have insurance now we need to get these done.   Dillon has the redacted forms that the Kart club was so nice to tell us we can steal  the nevada centric wording from.    He has them in PDF so if anybody has time before the grand opening to turn them into a Bridgewire document.  that would be wonderful.

I'd like to take a look at them, see what I can do.  Dillon can you post the redacted PDFs here, or someplace else

#2

I shared them with the officers via google docs

George, it sounds like you're taking charge of this.  If you need anything from me, let me know.

I will take a look at them this weekend.  I'll let you know if I get overwhelmed.  My strategy is going to be to get it converted to doc or editable google doc, and we can go from there.  I don't think they will be as pretty... but I'm not sure we care?  Let me know if there are questions/concerns.

Ok, do let me know if you need any help with that.  I have the full version of Acrobat, not sure if that's helpful or not.  I think the free version can do OCR.

I've started on the liability waiver and I've put it here:  liability waiver.  I've made it public and commentable by everyone.  If you'd like to edit it let me know and I'll add you.  We can also look at modifying it to be editable by anyone until it's ready.  I'm fine with that, what do you all thik?

I modified some of the verbage to make it less "kart" like.  Pleae let me know what you think by modifying the document(I think the officers have write access) or leaving comments.

I'll move onto the actual membership form next.  That one has some more intense formatting, we'll see how it goes.

Also on the docket are the rules, which will need pretty extensive modification from the original kart ones.  Obviously, a lot of those rules won't apply.  I'll take a stab at it and we'll see how it goes.
