Mentor scheduling email template

The time has come! Zomg!

Please give me a list of times for the teams to choose from for their initial call. You should allow yourselves enough time to research the teams (let me know if you didn't get that doc) and be prepared to guide them through the call. I'm doing a check in call with the teams this upcoming week, so please let me know if there are any preliminary questions I might ask them.

  1. 7 hour-long time slot options. 3 will be taken by the teams. Try to have at least one early in the day as we do have a team in the UK.
  2. The [[type]] mentorship should happen in [[month]].
  3. You are welcome to invite other people to the call if you think they can also help the teams. Please let me know who they might be in advance so I can get headshot and bio up on the website.

Icing: We also had two teams who were close runners-up. If either of these groups really speak to you, please let me know and I'll send them a scheduling request as well. You can also find them on the Accelerator spreadsheet.

I will sit in on the call to record and document. You and the teams should be focused on what is relevant to you - not on making a blog post or tracking general follow ups. I prefer that we use vsee over skype because then everyone can see everyone else (and it's less data-leaky). Please let me know if this platform will not work for you. Let me know if it will, too - otherwise I don't know that you read this part.

Thank you so much for your time and experience in this. I am thrilled to be a part of this with you.

The notebook section provides a way for you to store and share information with your group members. With the book feature you can:

  • Add book pages and organize them hierarchically into different books.
  • Attach files to pages to share them with others.
  • Track changes that others have made and revert changes as necessary.
  • Archive books that are no longer of interest to the group. Archived books can be reactivated later if needed.
